This study develops a computational framework for de novo design of antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) targeting ESKAPE pathogens (Enterococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacteriaceae) using genetic algorithm optimization.
